It includes demos, milestones, and our projected launch timeframe.After an extensive review, we have now finalized all Simple Agreements for Future Tokens (SAFTs) and uploaded them to CoinList. As a reminder, your SAFT was signed at the time of the sale and details the size of your investment, your purchase price, any vesting discounts, your vesting period, and other legal considerations. For greater security, we have added a cryptographic signature to each SAFT that can be used to verify its validity, so the versions available on CoinList are now the definitive ones.
To download your final SAFTs, please log in to CoinList and visit the CoinList Purchases page. (Note: During the Filecoin token sale, CoinList used AngelList accounts for login. CoinList now uses a separate login and you will need to create a new CoinList account if you have not already done so.) Remember that the Filecoin token will not be live until network launch, and any exchange that lists Filecoin or IPFS tokens is likely fraudulent. We will announce on the Filecoin blog when the Filecoin network and token go live.
